  • Installation is quick and painless, with no coding or complicated setup required. You'll be asked to pick a plan, accept the required permissions for the app to work. Once you're in the app, you'll be able to preview what the chat widget will look like on your store--then it's simply a matter of going to the "setting" panel and enable the chat widget slider.

  • Sales Assist is a self-help tool for e-commerce stores, providing your customers access to a chat bot and a voice IVR to answer common questions. Currently, the Sales Assist chatbot allows your existing customers to check on the status of their recent orders using natural language. You'll also have access to an interaction log in the admin portal, allowing you to see who reached out for assistance. Sales Assist has a very responsive development team and we will be adding new functionality on a regular basis, driven by what our customers tell us.
